I was a new patient for Dr. Werber, seeing him at a time when I was extremely sick. He cared for me as if I had been a long time patient of his. After seeing several other doctors in that same week, it was finally comforting to have someone validate my pain, show compassion and even call me himself the next day to see how I was doing. A few days later when I had an emergency and called for advice, he quickly called me back and sent me to the hospital. Was not feeling well and needed an appointment with an ENT quickly. Called Dr. Werber’s Office in the morning and they got me an appointment an hour later. Dr. Werber examined me then suggested an outside test which I scheduled two days later. Upon receiving and analyzing the results he reached out to me in a timely, caring manner.
